(MPTG) to Receive Exclusive Distribution Agreement for Custom Medical PDA's from MoneyPhone, a Division of Orion Tele-Comm Operating Company (OTOC). CINCINNATI, OHIO - Thursday, May 31, 2001 - Orion Tele-Comm Operating Company (OTOC) announced today they will provide Custom Handheld Wireless Medical Computers from their MoneyPhone division to MPTG for exclusive distribution in North America. The MoneyPhone Handheld Wireless Medical Computer (similar in size to a PDA) will include the E-Spin™ Communication Systems Technology. MoneyPhone and E-Spin are important elements in OTOC's strategic plan to utilize Masterpiece Technology Group as OTOC's exclusive medical sales and marketing arm. The E-Spin™ concept can be described by visualizing two radio antennas tuned to send and receive the same frequency. If the sending antenna is put on a turntable and spun like a phonograph record, the receiving antenna will no longer see the signal because "spin" has been added to the signal being sent. The E-Spin wireless communication system is capable of providing the world's best wireless connection speeds well in excess of 36 Mbps. In comparison to other internet connections, it's 643 times faster than the current top of the line 56 Kbps modems, 281 times faster than ISDN, 141 times faster than DSL (at 256 Kbps), and 32 times faster than cable modems (at 1,000 Kbps). Even faster speeds will be available by the end of the year. Furthermore, the terrestrial range of transmission from a single tower is a very impressive 100 plus miles as compared to a current cell phone range of only 5 miles. With the launch of the E-Spin technology incorporated into the MoneyPhone Handheld Medical Computer, hospitals and physicians will finally be able to communicate anywhere instantly. Critical medical records, x-rays, MRI's, CAT scans, pharmacy, laboratory, remote diagnosis and other life saving information will be available to the physician on a real time basis the moment it is needed.
